Shane specializes in the taxation of corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates and various foreign tax issues. He is and expert at entity selection and business restructuring. He uses his expertise to help resolve tax problems with the IRS and represents individuals being audited by the IRS.
He received his Bachelors of Accounting from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2004, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. He later received his CPA license in 2007 and became a Certified Forensic Accountant in 2010.
Shane is treasurer on his homeowner association board and involved in his church. Shane and his wife are the parents of three girls. Shane enjoys camping, golf, swimming and traveling.
